Questions Before You Send an RFQ
What information is required for a quotation?
Provide the product category, size or specification, application, printing requirement, estimated quantity, destination port or city and requested delivery date. Add compatibility, processing or document requirements where relevant.
Can I request a sample?
Sample availability depends on the product and specification. Identify the exact can, end, carrier, keg, bottle or food-can format and explain what you need to evaluate. Sample and courier terms will be confirmed before dispatch.
How do I send artwork or a technical drawing?
Use the file-upload field in the RFQ form or email the files to sales@baixicans.com. Do not send confidential formulas or controlled information unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is already in place.
Can BaiXi review can-and-end compatibility?
Compatibility can be discussed when the can format, end diameter and profile, seamer information and intended application are supplied. Final approval may require technical drawings, samples and trials on the buyer's equipment.
Can you provide certification documents?
Document availability depends on the product and applicable manufacturing site. Specify the certificate, declaration, test report or inspection document required so the legal entity, production address, scope and validity can be checked.
What information is needed for custom printing?
Provide the product size, number of artworks, proposed finish, estimated quantity, destination market and available artwork files. Printing feasibility, color proof, MOQ and production requirements will be confirmed after review.
Can I arrange a factory or video inspection?
Factory access, video inspection or third-party inspection can be discussed after the product and applicable manufacturing site are identified. Scope, timing, access conditions and cost must be agreed in advance.
How do I follow up on an existing order?
Email sales@baixicans.com or contact the assigned sales representative with the order reference, product, shipment destination and exact question. Do not submit payment or banking information through the general message field.
