Product-Specific Production
Production routes are matched to the selected can, end, carrier, keg, bottle or tinplate food-can specification.
Manufacturing Evidence Center
Review production environments, manufacturing processes, quality inspection and export preparation relevant to BaiXi beverage and food packaging projects.
Production-Site Scope
BaiXi supports multiple packaging categories through applicable production facilities. Equipment, process flow, certification and inspection capability can vary by product and manufacturing site. Before supplier approval, request the site information, production scope and current documents relevant to your selected packaging project.
Factory Overview
BaiXi coordinates product development, manufacturing, quality review and export preparation for beverage and food packaging. The workshop page shows how different production and inspection areas support specification control, consistency and shipment readiness.
Production routes are matched to the selected can, end, carrier, keg, bottle or tinplate food-can specification.
Artwork, materials, compatible components and packaging requirements are reviewed before production release.
Relevant dimensions, appearance, sealing and product-consistency checks are defined for the agreed inspection plan.
Finished products are prepared according to the agreed packing, pallet, identification and shipment requirements.
Production Areas
Each category uses a different manufacturing route. Confirm the applicable production site, line configuration and inspection scope for the product in your RFQ.
Applicable stages can include body forming, washing, internal coating, external printing, necking, flanging and inspection.
End manufacturing may include shell forming, score formation, tab production, rivet assembly, compound application and visual inspection.
Three-piece food-can production can involve sheet preparation, printing and coating, body forming, welding, seam protection, flanging, beading and end seaming.
Complementary packaging projects can include plastic can carriers, keg systems, bottle closures and related components.
Manufacturing Process
The exact process depends on the packaging category. The sequence below shows the control points normally reviewed when converting an approved specification into packed products.

Confirm the product, drawing, application, material, compatible components and document requirements.
Review applicable material and incoming-component records against the approved specification.
Form the body, shell, end or component using the product-specific manufacturing route.
Apply approved decoration and protective coating where required by the product specification.
Complete welding, seaming, tab assembly, closure fit or component assembly as applicable.
Check agreed dimensions, appearance, function, sealing or performance-related criteria.
Coordinate available production and inspection records for order traceability.
Prepare cartons or pallets according to the agreed protection and shipment plan.
Quality Control
Inspection is most useful when tied to an approved drawing, method, sampling plan and acceptance criteria. The applicable checks vary by product and manufacturing site.
Review applicable material, coating, component and supplier records before production release.
Measure relevant body, end, flange, closure or component dimensions using defined methods.
Evaluate applicable leak or sealing requirements according to the product and agreed test plan.
Review seam formation and defined measurements where filled-package or food-can validation requires it.
Inspection Equipment
Inspection equipment can support repeatable measurement and faster detection of visible or dimensional nonconformities. The actual equipment list and test capability must be confirmed for the selected product and facility.
Evidence rule: Do not interpret an equipment photograph as proof that every order receives every test. Confirm the project-specific inspection plan before production.

Warehouse & Logistics
Packing must protect empty packaging and components from dust, moisture, deformation, impact and load movement during storage and international transport.
Supplier Qualification
A workshop gallery should support verification rather than replace it. Qualified projects can request information relevant to the selected product and production site.
Applicable legal entity, production address, product scope and manufacturing-site relationship.
Relevant process flow, equipment images, capability discussion and product-specific limitations.
Inspection stages, methods, samples, acceptance criteria and available shipment records.
Certificate holder, production address, scope, issuing body, version and validity period.
Discuss scope, timing, site access, confidentiality, reporting and cost before production.
Carton or pallet configuration, protection method, batch marks and container-loading calculation.
Factory Review
BaiXi can discuss factory information, production videos, technical meetings or inspection arrangements for qualified packaging projects.

Workshop FAQ
BaiXi supports aluminum beverage cans, aluminum can ends, plastic can holders, plastic beer kegs, aluminum bottles, tinplate food cans and related packaging components. The applicable manufacturing site is confirmed according to product and specification.
A factory visit can be discussed after the product, project stage and applicable manufacturing site are identified. Timing, access, confidentiality, safety and visitor requirements must be agreed before travel.
Available production videos or live video reviews depend on the product, facility, project qualification and confidentiality restrictions. Send the exact capability or process your team needs to verify.
Applicable controls can include material review, dimensional measurement, appearance inspection, leak or sealing tests, seam inspection and packing checks. The final quality plan must define the methods, sampling and acceptance criteria for the order.
OEM project support can cover specification review, component matching, artwork coordination, production, inspection and export preparation. Feasibility, MOQ and lead time are confirmed after the product and requirements are reviewed.
Report availability depends on the product, manufacturing site, agreed inspection plan and order status. List the required report, method and acceptance criteria during quotation.
Products are packed according to the approved carton or pallet plan, protection requirements, batch identification and destination. Exact loading quantities are calculated from confirmed product and packing dimensions.
New projects can be reviewed when the application, target specification, compatible components, process conditions, forecast quantity, destination market and required timeline are supplied. Development feasibility is confirmed after technical review.
